Virtuoso Agent with Revenue Sharing: Experienced agent with minimum of 1 year experience with  at least 6 sales in both listing and sales.  .

• Completion of the state’s 2-year post-licensing requirement at two years
• Operates at 80% commission with a $395 transaction fee. (First 7 deals)
• Eighth deal and beyond in a calendar year moves to 85% commission 
• Responsible for their own lead generation.
• Requires no additional training but may attend new agent training classes.  
• Holds an add/edit certificate for listings.
• Broker Lead Referral Assist Program: Eligible for a 20% broker assist referral program.
• Cap of $15,000 and then agent moves to Maverick commission status  for remainder  (Jan-Dec)
• Monthly Fee: $50 or $500 annually for all agents.
