- 1st deal: 50%
- 2nd deal: 55%
- 3rd deal:60%
- 4th deal: 65%
- 5th deal: 70%
- 6th deal: 75%
- Support Program: Agents receive full broker support and weekly consultation including training in all aspects of sales.
- No Transaction Fee required
- Can sponsor agents and revenue share.
- Can be sponsored but the sponsor will not receive revenue share until the agent has moved from rising star to virtuoso status.
- Monthly Fee: $50 or $500 annually for all agents.
