Maverick Solo Agent:

• Minimum 2 years experience with at least 12 sales in the past 3 years.
• Completion of the state’s 2-year post-licensing requirement.
• Operates at 100% commission with a $450 transaction fee.
• Responsible for their own lead generation.
• Requires no additional training may attend new agent training classes. 
• Holds an add/edit certificate.
• Broker Assist Referral Program: Eligible for a 25% broker assist referral program.
• Monthly Fee: $50 or $500 annually for all agents.
