Acapella Ensemble Agents:

• Teams of 2 or more.
• Team leader must have 12 or more sales in the past 3 years and completed the 2-year post-licensing state requirement.
• Operates at 100% commission with a $450 transaction fee.
• Commission splits among team members are well-defined.
• Team leader is responsible for team lead generation.
• New team agents earn a minimum of 35% commission.
• Broker Assist Referral Program: Eligible for a 30% broker assist referral program.
• Monthly Fee: $50 or $500 annually for all agents.
